The ResQmax has been developed to assist SAR professionals and fire departments in meeting the requirements of NFPA 1006 and NFPA 1670. As a non-pyrotechnic it does not require special storage, shipping or licensing -- is intrinsically safe -- and is fueled by compressed air -- making training an inexpensive operation. This equipment is an essential for swiftwater rescue, ice rescue, surf water rescue, technical rope rescue and fills a host of applications in an emergency without putting the rescuer at risk.
